Every step is handled by our team — from the first call to the day you hold your title deed.
Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, email, or visit either of our offices. Our sales team will walk you through the available projects, pricing, and payment options — no pressure, no commitment at this stage.
We conduct free, guided weekly site visits to all three estates. Our team will walk you through the land, show you available plots, explain beacons and boundaries, and answer all your questions on the ground.
After the site visit, choose your preferred plot number from the available inventory. Our team will reserve it for you while you prepare your documentation and initial payment.
Pay in full (KES 585,000) or via our flexible 6–12 month installment plan. Payments are made via M-Pesa or bank transfer. You receive an official receipt for every payment made.
Once payment is confirmed, you sign a legally binding Sale Agreement prepared and witnessed by our MD, Counsel B.M. Mung'ata — an Advocate of the High Court. This protects both parties and locks in your plot.
Your title deed is processed and registered at the Ministry of Lands in your name. Once ready, it is delivered to you personally — your proof of full, freehold land ownership in Kenya.
