After submitting your booking, our team will confirm your visit via WhatsApp within 2 hours — with the meeting point, agent name, and directions.
Your MkonoPoa agent will meet you at the estate entrance. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early — transport from Machakos or Nairobi can be arranged on request.
Your agent walks you through the estate, shows you available plots, explains beacons and boundaries, and answers any questions about the project, pricing, or title.
After the tour, you receive the sale agreement, plot map, and payment plan details. If you're ready to proceed, you can reserve your plot on the spot with a deposit.
